Milton’s Mini Photo Shoot

Warning: This post is full of cat pictures!

If you read my about me post, you might remember that I talked about volunteering for a cat rescue organization. One of the things I volunteer my time (and home) doing is fostering cats. I currently have two foster cats right now: Milton & Cooper. I haven’t really decided how much I’ll talk about them here so I won’t include too much details for now. Milton is currently an under-socialized cat that I’ve been working with. I’ve been meaning to get some good pictures for Cat Town to put onto their website for his adoption page. However, it’s been hard with my schedule because by the time I get home and have time to take pictures, it’s pretty dark.

But yesterday I got home at a good time and decided to have a mini photo shoot with Milton. Unfortunately, the photos all came out very mediocre. He doesn’t 100% trust me yet he often walks or runs away when I get to a good photo-taking distance. Nothing else that exciting to talk about today so here’s what I got:

“Mommy, I don’t wanna take a picture.”

“What do you want?”

And bonus meh picture of Cooper.

What do you normally do with less-than-perfect pet pictures? Do you keep them just on your phone/camera forever? Or do you share them anyways?

Happy Thursday everyone!

  1. Aww he’s so sweet! I hope he warms up to you soon! I try to edit all of my failed attempts at taking portraits of my kitties but they eventually get deleted if I snag a really good one to keep!

    1. Haha! How do you store all those photos though? I’m looking for a better solution than just keeping them on my phone, so any tips would be greatly appreciated.
